Hello everybody, I need a little help. When I go into wow a box appears where there is written that a Trojan horse may be on my com, but when I make a full system scan with my virus, and such programs (Norton, ad-aware) they say that there isnīt any Trojan horses on my com. What shall I do?

Had the same thing once... keep scanning and delete anything you downloaded in the past weeks, and what ever you do, keep cahanging your wow password (prefered on someone elses PC)

Emphasis on this, if you've gotten any keyloggers that will save you from getting hacked.

1. Have you used any third party programs, such as model changeing?

A : If yes then simply remove the folders, unless you got the right "Wowme.exe" your computer will think it's a virus.

2. You haven't used any other programs too effect your wow but it stil wont work

A : Try click the repair in your WoW folder, let it finnish and try start WoW again.

3. The repair did not work, now what?

A : Reinstal the game, it takes a while but it's better then not playing att all, right?

4. The reinstall didn't work, now what?

A : Try instal the game in an other patch insted of C:/program/WoW
Try something like C:/program/cookiesomnom/WoW

You could also try the Tech Support on the official WoW forums if nothing helps.

None of the things listed above helped, do anyone know any programs that can take 08120-trojan-gamethief.win32.wow.dch away.
